With this system you can easily create banners with 4 images and schedule them to show up on your website. All you need to do is copy three lines of code to integrate to any PHP website!

Requirements

Server Requirement:

• PHP Version 5.x.x
• MySQL Version 5.x

Software Requirement:

• Adobe PhotoShop or similar software for editing the given PSD templates.

Knowledge Requirement:

• Little bit of PhotoShop for editing the banner templates to create your own ones.
• Concepts of Web Designing to make your own banners with your own style

Installation

The installation of the system is very easy! Make sure you have everything from the requirement section. Then just follow these steps:

1. FTP everything under the script folder where you want to install the system
2. Go to http://yoursite/yourpath/admin/install.php
3. Follow the instructions there
4. Delete the admin/install.php file from the server
5. Login to the system from http://yoursite/yourpath/admin/
6. Copy the code from Dashboard >> Installation Guide to your php script file
7. Start creating banners and schedules. I have packed four sample banners to start with. Find them in the PSD folder

Create Banner

Creating a banner is very easy! In short:

1. Customize your banner from a given PSD set or make your own
2. Save all four files preferably in PNG format (so that transparency can be used)
3. Go to administration section and navigate to Banners >> Add New Banner
4. If you have not changed the dimension and positioning of the default PSDs then you dont need to change any CSS values
5. Upload all four images or select from previously uploaded ones
6. Enter Banner name etc
7. Hit Save and you are done

... start using them with schedules

Notes:

• The different areas of the banners such as Expire CountDown area, Link area etc have position relative to the main banner image position. So if you set say, the Link button position to be 12 Pixels from Right for X-axis then it will be positioned 12 px from the right edge of the main banner image. The same thing applies for each of the values.
• If you have web designing knowledge then you most probably want to create your own set of image with your own position to make them look unique. Even you can have the CSS overwritten manually using the Custom CSS field. You know what I am talking about ;-)

Create Schedule

Once you are done with your banners, it is time to show them on your website. To do that, you need to Schedule those banners for a particular start date - end date range. To do just follow these steps:

1. Make sure you have banners to select
2. Go to administration area and navigate to Schedule >> Add new schedule
3. Enter the start date and end date
4. Choose a banner to display
5. Enter a URL to link
6. Hit save and you are done

Notes:

• If you have click tracking activated (Under Preferences) then the link will be tracked.
• If a date range overlaps, then a random schedule will be chosen by the system.

Integration

Integrating the Script to your existing project and/or website is very easy!

1. Make sure your WebSite's template files are PHP type.
2. Go to Dashboard >> Installation Guide and copy paste the code to your template file.
3. Preferably paste the code before the closing </body> section of your template!

The code will automatically load the banner system and will start showing the banners from the schedules.
